Robert J. Loeb |
 |
| Chairman and CEO |
Robert has more than 25 years experience in healthcare sales, management, marketing, and fund-raising. In 1989, Robert started the company to address the unique communications challenges of healthcare leaders with SoundCare, on-hold and in-queue messaging, SoundCare, the company's first turnkey product offering, provides demographically relevant content to address the needs of a motivated and already captive healthcare audience: callers waiting on-hold and in-queue. Over the years, Vericom expanded its product lines to include voice prompts, radio campaigns, interactive voice response, web audio, and audio newsletters, to name a few.
Even with the consistent upward growth at Vericom, Robert has remained true to his healthcare roots, launching ChannelCare, digital visual messaging, in 2006. In the spirit of SoundCare ChannelCare extends and enriches our clinically sound, audience-centered content with 2-D and 3-D imaging, and targets people where they wait, congregate, and eat. Vericom has taken a leadership role in the digital signage market by creating a turnkey offering that is unique to healthcare. Our goal has remained consistent: to offer communications content and technology solutions that can impact the behavior of hospital-based doctors, employees and consumers.
Robert has developed a unique team of individuals who believe unflinchingly that the customer is "king," and that building relationships offers unparalleled opportunities for networking and personal and professional growth. Robert's belief that employee and customer relationships are indispensable led to the establishment of the Vericom Institute for Learning (VIL) in 2006, a forum designed to connect and build relationships for all employees of the company and our external clients.
Robert earned his BBA at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA.
