Norton Healthcare is Kentucky's largest not-for-profit healthcare provider, with over 2,000 physicians in more than 40 locations, including five hospitals.
Vericom currently serves 38 Norton facilities, including hospitals, physician offices, and urgent care centers with SoundCare on hold messages and VoiceBlast, voicemail communications. Vericom solutions allow Norton to extend their marketing programs to the thousands of callers they encounter each day, providing numerous opportunities to develop additional revenue.
Norton Healthcare's marketing team has become very skilled in using SoundCare to promote their profitable service lines and centers of excellence to callers on hold.
